We were pleased to welcome two new client partners, with a bit of an international flavour, to the S&P Group earlier in the year. We’re now fully immersed in trans-Tasman web redevelopment and digital work for Mr Rental, with new comms strategies rolling out shortly. New brand and packaging work for Kiwi global success story New Zealand Natural ice cream is also in the works.

We were recently involved in an RFP process in the banking sector, however we weren’t quite as successful here. Often agencies will gripe about the RFP process, but I have to say this client made an impression that deserves credit. It wasn’t just the professional manner with which they conducted the review, or the clarity of their expectation; this client recognised the commitment agencies make – in both effort and cost – to prepare quality responses. The fact that they contributed a fee to all participating agencies speaks volumes about this client and their culture. Good luck to their new agency partner, it augers well for a strong partnership right from the start.
